Kirk Vandivort is a native of Dickson County. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Mr. Vandivort gained a wealth of legal experience working for the law firm of McGee, Lyons, & Ballinger, PLC as well as the Public Defender’s Office for the 23rd Judicial District. Mr. Vandivort brought his law practice to Dickson in 1999, and he continues to serve as counsel for the City of Charlotte.
Mr. Vandivort's personal accomplishments include serving in the United States Marine Corps. He is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm/Persian Gulf War. He and his wife reside in Burns on Rocky Creek Farm and are the delighted parents of three beautiful daughters. Mr. Vandivort has served on the Dickson County School Board for over 10 years and is an Elder in the First Presbyterian Church.
