Andrew E. Mills grew up in Dickson, Tennessee and attended Montgomery Bell Academy for prep school. After graduating from Belmont University with a bachelor of business administration degree (BBA, magna cum laude), he attended law school at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Mr. Mills is a partner at Reynolds, Potter, Ragan & Vandivort, PLC and has been in practice since 2012.
Mr. Mills handles a wide range of complex transactional and litigation matters for his clients, in addition to his representation of various governmental entities, including White Bluff, Thompson's Station, Kingston Springs, and the Dickson County government.
His diversified practice allows him to counsel and advise clients on a wide range of issues which provides efficient and effective advocacy for clients, both in and out of court.
Mr. Mills is a Board Member of the Friends of White Bluff, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit benefiting White Bluff and Dickson County. He also currently serves as the President-Elect of the Tennessee County Attorney's Association and the Secretary/Treasurer of the Dickson County Bar Association.
