Andrew E. Mills grew up in Dickson, Tennessee and attended Montgomery Bell Academy for prep school. After graduating from Belmont University (magna cum laude) with a bachelor of business administration (BBA) degree, he attended law school at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Mr. Mills' work in law school included creating the school's first Honor Code, from which he was elected to the inaugural Honor Council.
Mr. Mills is a partner at Reynolds, Potter, Ragan & Vandivort, PLC and has been in practice since 2012.
Mr. Mills handles a wide range of complex transactional and litigation matters for his clients, in addition to his representation of various governmental entities, including White Bluff, Thompson's Station, and Burns, Tennessee, as well as the Dickson County government.
Mr. Mills is a Board Member of the Friends of White Bluff, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit benefiting White Bluff and Dickson County. He also currently serves as the Vice-President of the Tennessee County Attorney's Association.
